Challengers CC Vs KICC
Challengers CC and KICC come into this fixture after losing both their previous fixtures to Premier CC and Kutchi Tigers CC respectively. In their loss to Premier, the Challengers were bundled all out for a meagre 116 runs.
Calvin Watuwa had bowling figures of 7/5 in 8 overs in that game, a devastating bowling spell that the Challengers failed to contend with. This was perhaps the most shocking of defeats that the Challengers suffered despite coming into the game in such good form where they had won all 3 of their previous games, and against tougher opposition.

Both KICC and Challengers come into this one looking for that win to kick start their second round of fixtures in a league where a result dramatically changes the look of the standings. With Aziz Damani being the exception, the rest of the teams in the division have been scrambling for places and any result can see a team either slip up or climb up.
The Kyambogo oval will play host to what will be a fine spectacle of cricket on Sunday as both teams lock horns in the second round with KICC looking to avenge their first round defeat to challengers.

Strikers CC Vs Tornado Bee CC
When both sides faced off against each other in the first round, mother nature had other plans as the heavens opened and effectively rendered the surface unfit for play. Both teams had to make do with sharing the points, despite both feeling they could get more than what they left with.
The Bees come into this game after grabbing a vital 85 run win against Ceylon Lions in a low scoring game over the weekend at the university oval in Kyambogo. Deus Muhumuza was key to the Bees win with his knock of 63 not out off 65 balls. A repeat performance, along with performances from cranes skipper Roger Mukasa will be vital to their success against a side known for pulling surprises in the league.

Strikers in contrast have been out of action for a very long time and will either be glad for the rest and time to train or will have some hinges to oil to get rid of the rust. Known as the giant slayers, they will want to start with the Bees to build their momentum going into the second round.
With no favorites tag on either team, it will be up to the 22 players selected to put on a display worthy of the tag for the next time both teams meet up.
