Matchday 1: Game 1: East Enders vs. Soroti Cricket Academy -A

In a low-scoring affair, East Enders posted 64/6 in 20 overs, led by Nasuna Witney's 25. However, Soroti Cricket Academy-A chased it down comfortably with 65/2 in 20 overs. Timong Patricia's 19 ensured a smooth victory for Soroti Cricket Academy-A. Result: Soroti Cricket Academy-A won by 8 wickets.

Game 2: Soroti Cricket Academy B vs. Mukono Cricket Community

Soroti Cricket Academy B set a challenging target of 138/7 in 20 overs, backed by Ariago Mischelle's 22. Mukono Cricket Community struggled and managed only 70/8 in 20 overs. Tino Sarah's impressive bowling with 3/7 guided Soroti Cricket Academy B to a 68-run victory.

Game 3: East Enders vs. Northern Cricket Hub  

East Enders showcased a strong batting display, reaching 158/3 in 20 overs, led by Mbeiza Hope's impressive 71. In response, Northern Cricket Hub fell short, managing only 91/10 in 15.4 overs. East Enders' bowlers, especially Birungi Kevin and Kakwezi Sharifa, secured a 67-run win.

Day 2 : Game 1: Soroti Cricket Academy-A vs. Soroti Cricket Academy-B

In a showdown at St. Joseph’s College Layibi, Soroti Cricket Academy-A posted a total of 92/5 in 20 overs, led by Jimia Muhammed's 31 runs. Soroti Cricket Academy-B faced a challenging target but fell short, managing only 60/6. Ariago Mischelle's bowling effort (2/19) for Soroti Cricket Academy-B couldn't save them, and Soroti Cricket Academy-A won by 32 runs.

Game 2: Northerns Cricket Hub vs. Mukono Cricket Community

Northerns Cricket Hub set a competitive total of 114/4 in 20 overs, with Nabulime Gilingish Shadia contributing 32 runs. However, Mukono Cricket Community displayed a strong batting performance, reaching 115/3 in just 14.5 overs. Mbwali Naume's outstanding 54 runs guided Mukono Cricket Community to a convincing 7-wicket victory.

Game 3: Soroti Cricket Academy-B vs. East Enders Sports Hub

Soroti Cricket Academy-B put up a decent total of 103/10 in 20 overs, led by Tino Sarah's 16 runs. In response, East Enders Sports Hub struggled, managing only 58/7. Soroti Cricket Academy-B's bowlers, especially Apio Blessings (3/6), secured a 45-run victory.

Game 1: Soroti Cricket Academy-B vs. Northerns Cricket Hub

Soroti Cricket Academy-B struggled to build momentum, posting 77/9 in 20 overs. Despite Iro Judith's effort with 16 runs off 35 balls and Ariago Mischelle's 13 off 20 balls, they faced formidable bowling from Northerns Cricket Hub, with Labong Hellen and Aguel David each taking 2 wickets. In response, Northerns Cricket Hub chased down the target, reaching 78/6 in 17.2 overs, anchored by Nabulime Gilingish and Aiko Beatrice.

Result: Northerns Cricket Hub won by 4 wickets  

 

Game 2: Soroti Cricket Academy-A vs. Mukono Cricket Community  

Soroti Cricket Academy-A showcased their batting prowess, setting a commanding total of 146/3 in 20 overs. Timong Patricia's 63 runs off 57 balls and Apolot Patricia's brisk 55 off 49 balls set the tone. Mukono Cricket Community struggled in response, managing only 89/4. Nakakande Agnes was the top scorer with 24 runs off 18 balls. Soroti Cricket Academy-A's bowlers, led by Akurut Asumin's 2 wickets for 15 runs, sealed the victory.

Result: Soroti Cricket Academy-A won by 57 runs.

Game 3: Soroti Cricket Academy-A vs. Northerns Cricket Hub (D/L)  

Soroti Cricket Academy-A scored 100/2 in 12 overs under the Duckworth-Lewis method, with Timong Patricia and Akurut Asumin both contributing 40 runs. Northerns Cricket Hub faced a revised target but struggled, reaching 25/2 in 5 overs before rain intervened. Soroti Cricket Academy-A emerged victorious. Result: Soroti Cricket Academy-A won by D/L method

Final Day

Match 1: Mukono Cricket Community vs. East Enders

In the battle for third place, Mukono Cricket Community set a target of 123/4 in 20 overs against East Enders. Mbwali Naume's patient 31 off 49 balls and Naule Hasifa's aggressive 59 off 56 balls were the highlights. In response, East Enders chased down the target with ease, reaching 124/0 in just 12.2 overs without losing a wicket. Nasuna Whitney and Tikabula Rashida both scored 48 runs each, leading East Enders to a resounding 10-wicket victory.

Final Match: Soroti Cricket Academy-A vs. Soroti Cricket Academy-B

In the highly anticipated final showdown between the two Soroti Cricket Academy teams, Soroti Cricket Academy-A posted a modest total of 77/10 in 19.3 overs. Timong Patricia top-scored with 23 runs off 28 balls. Soroti Cricket Academy-B's bowlers, led by Ariago Mischelle with 3/13 and Icumar Josephine with 2/9, restricted their opponents. However, in a tense chase, Soroti Cricket Academy-B faltered and were all out for 69 runs. Apio Blessings managed 14 runs off 20 balls, but it wasn't enough to secure victory. Soroti Cricket Academy-A emerged triumphant by 8 runs and were crowned champions.
