Born in Australia Mitch Horrocks visited Uganda in 2008 on a school field trip and fell in love with the country immediately. Since then he has come back to do his project research for his university degree and he recently returned to implement his project of delivering clean water to the rural families in Kyenjojo. He is the team leader of the 663 to Zero project that is enabling rural families in Kyenjojo have access to safe drinking water. When he is not helping rural families Mitch is a passionate cricketer and has played for Uganda in 2013, on the local scene he has played for Tornado and currently features for Tornado Bee.
