We are once again very grateful to host the Mini Cricket Festival at the Entebbe Cricket Hub.

The number of schools that have turned up is a true testament to the joy and excitement surrounding the game.

Sacred Heart Bugonga continues to stand out, particularly in the U-11 and U-13 girls’ categories.

Seeing young boys and girls exposed to cricket at such an early stage, with this level of excitement, is a huge positive for the growth of the sport in Uganda.

As the Central Region, we are grateful to Cricket Uganda for creating such opportunities that nurture talent and passion for the game.

The festival not only highlighted emerging talent but also reinforced the importance of structured grassroots programs in shaping the future of cricket in Uganda.
