A late surge from Malisa Ariokot, who blasted 13 off just five deliveries, lifted Uganda past the 100-run mark and gave the bowlers something to defend.

USA’s response never truly took off.

Despite brief resistance from Isani Mahesh Vaghela (19) and Sainavi Kambalapalli (18), they were bowled out for 90 in 19 overs.

Immaculate Nakisuuyi starred with the ball, claiming four wickets in a match-winning spell to earn Player of the Match honors. Irene Mutonyi provided excellent support with three wickets, while Consylate Aweko Nimungu and Mbabazi ensured constant pressure with disciplined spells.
