Cricket Uganda is proud to announce that Uganda will host the Easter Women’s T20 Cup from 7th to 16th April 2026 at Entebbe Cricket Oval.

The tournament will feature visiting teams Nepal Women and USA Women, who will compete against Uganda’s Victoria Pearls and Uganda A Women in non-T20I games.

The Easter Cup is designed as a developmental competition to provide match exposure for all teams.

The matches will not carry T20 International status and therefore will not affect ICC rankings.

Nepal and USA are using this tour as part of their preparation for the ICC Women’s Challenge Trophy in Rwanda (April 12th – May 2nd, 2026), a landmark event for emerging women’s cricket nations.

Rwanda will host the inaugural edition of the Women’s Challenge Trophy from April 12th to May 2nd, 2026, featuring Nepal, USA, and other associate members.

Cricket Uganda Head of High Performance and Pathways Richard Okia talked up the series;“These Easter Women’s T20 matches against USA and Nepal are a perfect stage to test our teams at a high level.

For the Victoria Pearls, it’s about sharpening our edge and building winning momentum, while Uganda A Women gain invaluable exposure to fast-track their growth and confidence on the international stage.”
