The Cricket Uganda Men’s 50-Over League heads into Matchday Four with all fixtures set for Sunday, 22nd March 2026.
With several sides chasing early-season momentum and others looking to consolidate their position at the top, Sunday promises competitive action across Gold, Silver, and Bronze divisions.
Kutchi Tigers vs GM Sugar – Lugogo Cricket Oval (Gold Category)
In the only Gold category fixture this Sunday, Division Two champions from last season and new Division One entrants GM Sugar face defending Division One champions Kutchi Tigers, who claimed victory on Matchday One.
Both teams come into the contest on the back of wins because GM Sugar beat JACC by 2 wickets, while Kutchi Tigers overcame Ceylon Lions by 4 wickets last Sunday.
GM Sugar will be without brothers Henry Ssenyondo and Simon Ssesazi, both on national duty with the Cricket Cranes in Namibia.
Kutchi Tigers will be missing Cyrus Kakuru, also away with the national team.
This fixture marks the first-ever meeting between these two sides in history.
Kutchi Tigers B vs Ismaili Community – Entebbe Cricket Oval (Silver Category)
At Entebbe, Ismaili Community takes on Kutchi Tigers B in a Silver category showdown.
Ismaili tops the Division Two table with two wins from their opening games, having beaten Avengers and SKLPS, while Kutchi Tigers B thrashed St. John’s SS by 239 runs last Sunday.
Despite leading the table with 4 points, Ismaili will be without captain Riazat Ali Sha and Juma Miyaji, both currently in Namibia.
This will also be the first encounter between these two sides.
Centurions vs Tornado – Serenity Oval, Kamengo (Bronze A Category)
In Kamengo, Centurions face Tornado in an exciting Bronze Group A clash.
Both sides are level on 4 points, having won their last two matches. Tornado comes off a commanding 102-run victory over Mukono Development, while Centurions defeated Jinja SS by 8 wickets.
Tornado is likely to miss wicketkeeper-batter Lawrence Ssematimba, who suffered a hamstring injury last Sunday. Centurions may hand Mustapha Mutwalib his debut this weekend.

Kifaru vs Centurions A – Jinja SS Cricket Oval (Bronze B Category)
Kifaru, looking to bounce back after a loss, takes on Centurions A in a Bronze Group B fixture.
Centurions A are coming off an 80-run win against Iganga, while Kifaru have had mixed performances, opening the season with a 244-run DLS win over ACC but losing to Pak Shaheens by 5 wickets on Matchday Two.
This is the first meeting between these two sides.
Africa Cricket Club vs Chennai – Florida Cricket Oval (Bronze B Category)
Africa Cricket Club will be hunting for their first victory after a Day One loss to Kifaru as they take on Chennai, who make their debut in the league.

Chennai have signed Paul Emetu from Africa CC and added Augustine Mujuni to their roster.
Africa CC will be without Innocent Evis Akena, but captain Hajuguju Andrew is confirmed, alongside Pogaru Chandra and Vemuluri Sricharan.
