Cricket Uganda is proud to unveil the new structure of the Men’s 50 Over League for 2026, a format that reflects the growth of the game and balance of elite competition.

The Round-robin league has been redesigned to feature three tiers: Gold, Silver, and Bronze, with Bronze further divided into Pools A and B.

This marks a significant evolution from the previous Division One and Division Two system used in 2025.

The Gold Division will serve as the premier competition, showcasing Uganda’s most established clubs such as Kutchi Tigers CC, Ceylon Lions CC, JACC, Aboojo CC, Rounders CC, Tornado Bee CC, GM Sugar CC, and Mukono Warriors CC.

The Silver Division provides a platform for ambitious clubs, including Nile CC, Avengers CC, Wanderers CC, Soroti City CC, SKLPS, Ismaili CC, Kutchi Tigers B, and St. John’s SS Mukono.

The Bronze Division is split into two pools. Bronze A features Centurion CC, Mukono Development CC, Patidar CC, Tornado CC, Jinja SSS, and Premier CC, while Bronze B includes ACC, Iganga CC, Pak Shaheens CC, Centurion A CC, Chennai CC, and Kifaru CC.

The top 2 in Silver will get promoted to Gold. The top 2 in Bronze A and B face each other in a semi-final, and the finalists get promoted to Silver. The last two in Gold get relegated to Silver, while the last two in Silver get relegated to Bronze A and B.
