A team of 19 members from St Paul's Catholic College Burgess Hill with a mix of teachers and students has spent that last one week holding cricket coaching sessions in different parts of the country.

The group arrived in Kampala on tuesday last week to carry out some charity work with the 'Hands of Hope' charity in Muyenga. They got to partner with Uganda Cricket through the Cricket Without Boundaries Program to conduct cricket coaching sessions and have done so for the last 10 days.

The sessions will be crowned by on Wednesday 25th July with a festival involving many schools at the Lugogo Cricket Oval at 10am.

Uganda Cricket Development Manager Mr Henry Okecho was grateful for the group for helping spread the game

We are grateful to St Paul's Catholic College for the great gesture, CWB has been a critical partner in our growth of the game at the grassroots for the last 5 years and all of this contributes to the overall goal of making sure cricket reaches all parts of this country.

Cricket Uganda has made tremendous effort in spreading the game in Uganda and partners such as Cricket Without Boundaries (CWB) have been key to this development.
