School coach Ivan Thawithemwira also used the series to give a chance to some of his junior players as they prepare for a long season in Div 3 of the national league as well as the boys schools cricket qualifiers.

Coach Ivan Thawithemwira shared with us lessons from of the series and which players stood out.

I think it was a good tour. It was a privilege for the school to host a National side in what was a historic tour. But also, for the boys to start to realize their potential was good I thought. Musemeza Charles got a big hundred (128) in one of the matches, and it was good to see the pace bowlers put in some good work. Asaba Brian scored a match winning knock in the final game, plus Baguma Joseph keeps impressing with his skills with the ball in hand.

Nyakasura will now turn its focus to the national league and the upcoming boys school's cricket week qualifiers.
