The Cricket Cranes will camp in South Africa for 12 days as they continue their preparations for the 1st round of the Challenge League B. The training tour will run from Sept 30th – 12th Oct.
The tournament will be hosted in Uganda from Nov 4th – 16th, five teams will be coming to Uganda as they start their journey to the 2027 50 Over World Cup. The 1st round will have Uganda, Tanzania, Italy, Bahrain, Hong Kong China, and Singapore.
The Cricket Cranes just concluded a four-match 50-over series against PNG and will be looking for more opportunities to improve their combinations in South Africa.
A squad of sixteen players has been selected for the preparation tour with Brian Masaba missing out due to any injury sustained during the PNG series. Joseph Baguma, Kenneth Waiswa, and Roger Mukasa who were not part of the PNG series squad get call-ups.
The Cricket Cranes will play at least six 50-over games against select sides in South Africa.

Tue: 8 October 50 overs Uganda vs Camp Discovery
Wed: 9 October 40 overs Uganda vs Camp Discovery and leave at 2:30pm
