SKLPS vs Aziz Damani Development Team
9:30 am

Team SKLPS who narrowly missed out on promotion in the Jazz Safari Men's national league division two will plough their energies into the faster paced format of the sport, beginning with the youthful Aziz Damani Development Team. SKLPS have had an overall good form throughout the one day games, and can be expected to exhibit better performance in the shorter T20 matches.

All rounders Dipak Limbani, who contributed 141 runs off 84 balls in a total of eight matches, Meghji Kara (367 runs off 372 balls) in 11 games and Yogesh Rabadhiya (173 runs off 285 balls) in the same number of games played key roles in SKLPS quest for promotion. Their combined total of 63 wickets out of 92 last season is proof of how crucial they were.

The Aziz Damani Development team will face the fresh team and rely on Anas Baig and Ronald Omara to work their magic with the bat like they did in their commendable chase against the Ceylon Lions last week. So far, ADDT has Munir Ismail leading the bowler's pack with 2/25 and Edwin Nuwagaba with 2/46 in their first fixture and will look to improve their wicket spell.

SKLPS vs Africa CC
3:00pm

SKPS will then face Africa CC in the afternoon, with the later coming from a fixture against the Kutchi Tigers. So far ACC has had a good run, easily chasing 90 runs in their first game against the Avengers, putting them in second place after the Challengers' two in two win.

SKLPs will be looking out for Daniel Batuwa whose half ton contribution helped the team to victory. Robert Okot's rapid run rate will be another thing the team should consider, putting up 11 runs off 3 balls before helping the team to a win.

ACC's skipper Marvin Kitamirike whose 4/21 wicket haul against Avengers will pose another threat to SKLPS' batsmen. Emmy Odong and Ismael Mohsin will join the skipper in bringing down the vital wickets they need to keep afloat in their log.

Overall, it will be an interesting fixture between the two teams who have both won and lost one of two games against each other in the 50 overs' matches and will look to gain the upper hand in the shorter format of the sport.
