Kutchi Tigers CC 308/10 in 47.2 overs (Hitendrasingh Jadeja 102(88), Dinesh Nakrani 47(41), Ronak Patel 40(41)) beat Tornado Bee CC 180/9 in 41.1 Overs (Roger Mukasa 64(46), Lawrence Ssematimba 25(48), Deus Muhumuza 25(52)) by 128 runs

Man of Match: Hitendrasingh Jadeja 102(88)

On a flat surface that guaranteed runs, Kutchi Tigers made good of the conditions to see off the threat of Tornado Bee with a resounding win leaving the Bees licking their wounds.

After winning the toss and electing to bat first, the Tigers' batsmen put the Bees bowlers to the test with their batting skill scoring runs with such ease. The board surely kept ticking despite the valiant attempts at applying the brakes. The Bees simply had no response as one batsman after the other walked on to keep pilling the pressure and the misery on them.

The stand out performer with the bat was Hitendra Singh Jadeja with his century coming off 88 balls to top score at 102. He mercilessly put the Bees bowlers through their paces with his proficiency that left many Tigers players and fans alike purring like the big cats Tigers are. Dinesh Nakrani 47(41) and Ronak Patel 40(41) were unlucky not to get 50's to make the perfect batting trio.

With a final score of 308, the Bees started off the second innings in such fashion that showed intent. Perhaps the game between Premier and Strikers where the latter score 317 and the former chased with such ease provided the inspiration for the run chase. Roger Mukasa's 64 off 46 set the tone for the game but that was as far as it would go.

Despite Roger's efforts, the rest of the team easily crumbled with only Lawrence Ssematimba 25(48) and Deus Muhumuza 25(52) providing the semblance of a futile resistance. Just like they failed to cope with the Tigers' batting, the Bees equally failed to contend with the bowling. They were eventually bundled out for 180 runs losing the game by 128 runs and a lot to think about moving forward.
