Currently winless, new comers Premier CC find themselves fighting to stake their credentials in Division 1. They lost their opener to Tornado Bee by a baffling 9 wickets and subsequently handed a beating by KICC when they collapsed at 146/10 chasing 286/10. It is safe to say they have not had the best of starts to their campaign in Division 1 and will need to find their form soon before the run out of games. The mid season transfer was not kind to them either losing most of their Div 2 winning squad to Patidar.
They will however look to change things around in this all Indian affair at the lakeside oval on Sunday. Kutchi Tigers, a side that impressed the cricketing fraternity last season where they won all their second round games will be looking to build on last season’s scintillating form despite losing their opener against the defending champions Aziz Damani.
The season has just begun but it is games like these that begin to shape the table, games like these that make many cricketers look forward to their Sundays away from home.
